Spiritual Protection is very important.  Particularly when we are in the early days of our development.  It helps to give us confidence, trust, peace of mind and protects us from our fears.

I believe that evil Spirits do not exist, for there is just one Spirit that is the essence of love, inspiration and joy.

All dark, negative Spirits that we experience either come from misidentification or from a human source of fear and attachment to our life and body or control and manipulation.

That being said, It is always good practice to do protection, particularly if you are ever feeling vulnerable, weak or in fear.

Our biggest protector is always love, so always go to this as your first source of protection.  But this meditation is also good to use at any point you feel that you need that extra bit of protection,
